Dear Dr. Chan
i have some problems about my mental health so i hope you can help. i think i have obsessive compulsory disorder(violent obsession) and a ability that can let other people around me to know what i am thinking in an uncontrollable way(they also know that the thoughts are came from me).
unless i find that i dont have any privacy, i also feel very "painful"(annoyed).
i am 19 years old , male .
can you suggest several ways to help me ?i dont want the problems interfere me any more.

I found a drug named Abilify in the internet and said to be competitive to the second generation drug. So I ask my doctor to prescribe it to me. My doctor do so but said it cannot help to reduce my weight gain, can cause akathisia and Schizenphrenia to happen again. I feel very uncomfort after that. Does the drug so bad as my doctor said? Why there are so many side effects in the Third generation drug? How do you find this drug, is it safe?

I am very sleepy and need sleep a lot, almost over 12 hours a day. Is this abnormal and related to psychological disease? I just want to normal my studies

Dear Dr. Chan,
I have completed the treatment for depression in Nov, 08. But I recently found that the symptoms,like wake up early in the morning or wake up in the mid-night and feel very frightened, easy to cry, etc., appear again. I don't know it's related to work or not. Am suffering from depression again?
