Dr.Chan, this is my first time to send letter to you, i have some problem hope you can give me some advice. My mother got 早發性老人痴呆症 for already four to five years,the dr told me that we(our sister and brother and i) will have high chance to get the same illnesses, i really very worry and feel irritated about this after knowing this. If i can choose, i prefer i get the illness rather than my sister and brother as i am still single. In recent year, my mother also got 妄想症, i always take a lot of time to console her. We are the out-patient of Castle Peak Hospital but we used to try different Dr to see if there are some suitable medicine good for my mother's situation but most of them are not suitable. Father and I are very tired of this but we wont give up! We tried to take my mother to 日間看護中心,but my mother were resist, now only twice a week that she goes there. I know i also have some emotional problem but i can still handle it. I really hope Dr. Chan can give my family some advice on our case.

Dear Dr. Chan
i have some problems about my mental health so i hope you can help. i think i have obsessive compulsory disorder(violent obsession) and a ability that can let other people around me to know what i am thinking in an uncontrollable way(they also know that the thoughts are came from me).
unless i find that i dont have any privacy, i also feel very "painful"(annoyed).
i am 19 years old , male .
can you suggest several ways to help me ?i dont want the problems interfere me any more.

I have a brother. He is normal when he was young,however,he becomes strange when he was about 12 years old.He started not like going to school.He always came back home immediately after school, he didn't like to stay at school for a sec. Recently,(he is now form 3),he started to refuse to go to school.He said there was no classmates who was willing to help him and always "thought" that all of the classmates were likely to laugh at him and play tricks on him.When he comes back home, he is always reluctant to stay near me, it seems that he is really afraid of any skin touching.When the TV is turned on every time, although the volume is not high (instead it is quite low),he will think it is very noisy and cover his ears with hands.Besides,he is really easy to be annoyed.He will yell loudly and throw the things nearby.He tried to throw a fan to the floor.He always think that all the thing he did is because of the others' fault.He will always talk to himself repeatedly,like why you do thing like this?I have no mistakes.
He tried to speak these two sentences repeatedly for about an hour.Apart from going to school,he doesn't like going out.He is not willing to go out even only for a meal.Asking him to go to see doctor beacuse of his own sickness is extremely difficult.He always think negatively.He tried to say why mum had given birth to him for suffering and it was better to die etc.
I want to ask whether my brother really has mental sickness?What should I do for him?
