This is my first time to leave the message, i have some problem to my Mum(about 58 yrs old)hope you can give me some advice. My mother cann't sleep well for a few years. Even taking some pills from HA's SOPD can only sleep four hours at night in a day. In addition, her lip continues vibrated automaticlly for whole day that affect the 牙肉 and head. We have see some doctor that she is suffered from 肌肉收縮. How can follow and handle it. Thanks for reply!

Dear Dr. Chan ,
I have a question, i didn't work for couple months but i am afraid and not even willing to go to for interview, because i feel a lot of pressure when working with the people i don't like and i just prefer work by myself but not with a group people ,i have the feeling of scare , do i need to go to see psychologist and what cause it , how to improve .
Pls.advise.

After reading your web, I realised my husband has already got 「妄想症」persecutory type for lamost 5 years. His case is getting worse since he is contacting some authorities to ensure our safety. I have tried to tell him that he might be sick. But he insists what he thinks are absolutely true and feels disappointed I don't believe him. He emphasizes he is not sick. What should I do, doctor? He won't believe in any doctors and he is even unwilling to consult a doctor. I'm afraid he is influencing his 3-year-old son. Please help!
