Dear Dr.Chan,
I couldn't fall asleep all days,i could only sleep for 2-3 hours. when i go the bed, i keep on thinking about many things that i couldn't control. more serious thing happens recently, i become very nervous when i am in the street.besides, i am seized with a cramp,feel dizzy and hard to breath.that's let me feel afraid of going out.i drew blood for test in hospital, but it is normal. there's nothing wrong with my body.
should i come to see you or just take in some sleeping pills. please give me some advice. thank you very much!

Dear Dr. Chan
I am a 20 year-old college student, and now I am in US. I had emotional since around 4 years ago when I was in HK. It's true that it had affect my life so much. It have been affect me all these time. I thought it will be fine later on, so I never went to see a doctor before. But recently I found there's something wried happen to me. I am keep forgetting things in daily life. Like I hardly can remember what I did the day before. I feel it has become a very complicated problem. I tried to find out a reason, and I checked out some information about Low Latent Inhibition. There's some facts make me feel like I got Low Latent Inhibition I am not sure. I want to Low Latent Inhibition is born with, affect by early childhood, or later life? Cuz I feel like every reason happen to me does make sense. Idk I am so confused now. Please help me out.
